How It Works
1. Create your RFPLink account & receive your unique Group RFP
link

Simply click on Get Started above to create your RFPLink account. Once
your have completed your profile, you will be taken to our secure payment
gateway which is hosted by PayPal for maximum security. We accept all
major credit cards and all billing will occur on a monthly basis.
Upon successfully creating your RFPLink account, you will receive a unique
Group RFP link for your hotel.
2. Insert your Group RFP link onto your website

Once your RFPLink account has been activated, we will provide you with your
unique website address (URL) link which you can link to from your own website.
You can also include your link in all your email messages for maximum effect.
3. Receive group leads immediately via email.

When customers complete your online Group RFP, all their requested information
and event details are instantly emailed to you for sales follow up. Your
RFPLink account allows for up to 10 people within your hotel to receive this
information.
4. Receive a monthly group lead report via email.

Every month you will receive a recap of all group leads generate for the
month. This report is automatically sent to you from the system and can
also be sent to a total of 10 people within your hotel.
